10 Jun 1816, Last Will and Testament of John Spicer

This is the last Will and Testament of me John Spicer of the Parish of Kingsclere in the County of Southampton Laborer made in sound mind Memory and Understanding as follows I Give and Devise unto my two Sons William Spicer and Daniel Spicer All that my freehold Cottage or Tenement Garden and Premises with the Appurtenances thereto belonging situate and being in the parish of Kingsclere aforesaid and now in my own occupation and all my Estate Right and Interest therein and thereto To hold in the same unto them my said Sons William and Daniel and to their Heirs and assigns for ever as Tenants in Common and not as joint Tenants and I revoke all former Wills by me at any time heretofore made In Witness whereof have hereunto Set my Hand and affixed my Seal this tenth day of June in the Year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and sixteen.
